Returns & Exchanges

As AirBands are a wearable exercise product, we are unable to offer returns. However, if you ordered the wrong size or limb type, you’re welcome to exchange the original pair with the proper size / limb type within 30 days of your purchase by reaching out to  info@airbandsbfr.com. Note, a shipping fee will be applied. 

If you were sent the incorrect order by our warehouse, simply reach out to  info@airbandsbfr.com with your order number and  we will exchange with the proper product at zero cost to you.
